  团队,是云南龙润茶业集团发展的基石和动力。
  (Team is the cornerstone and driving force of the development of the Yunnan Longrun Tea Group. )

  2004年,集团董事局主席焦家良博士被评为全国十位聚人气企业家,在他的周围,凝聚着一批有理想、有抱负、有知识、有能力的业界精英。云南龙润茶业集团,提供了一个实现人生目标的理想平台。
  (In 2004, Dr. Jiao Jialiang, the director of the board of the Group, was elected one of the Top-Ten Most-popular Enterpriser, on whom a group of elites with ambition, knowledge and competence are centering. The Yunnan Longrun Tea Group provides a platform for its staff to realize the dream of the life. )

  龙润茶业的团队,有着来自龙润集团药业、酒业、教育等龙润板块的业界精英,经过再次捏碎自己,重塑自我之后,加入到茶业这个大家庭中。
  (The Team of the Longrun Group is grouped by those elites from such core sub-groups of the Longrun Group as industry of medicine, liquor and education. The elites joined the team after they break off the shackles of the earlier themselves and recast themselves. )

  “一切为了市场,细节决定成败”。这是对每位龙润人的要求,是团队执行力的保证。
  ( “All are for the market, and the details determine the success”. That is the requirement to each Longrun staff and is the guarantee of the execution of the team’s decision. )

  “捏碎自己,重塑自我”。龙润人“一日三省”,不断学习,不断适应变化的环境。
  (“Breaking off the shackles and recasting oneself” is also the shared idea of the Longrun people. They meditate and self-examine constantly and make continuous progress in the study to adapt to the constantly changing environment. )

  (Material resources will be dried up and only the spirit can last forever. The Longrun Tea Industry is our shared spiritual home. We are here not for economic benefits merely, instead, the Longrun people has great ambitions, higher goals and the pursuit of the truth and serving the human being is the holy and ultimate aim. )

  龙润茶业的团队建设,实际上是把龙润人不断的进行塑造,塑造成一个具有进取拼搏的团队,塑造成一个具有高度执行力的团队,塑造成一个能征善战的团队。
  (The team development of the Longrun Tea industry, in its essence, is to constantly improve and recast the Longrun people, to help them form an aggressive and struggling team, a team with high efficiency in the execution of strategic decision and a team with edgy competitiveness. )

  (The team of the Longrun Tea Group agglomerates the corporate culture, in which each staff breaks the shackles, recasts oneself and the consensus is reached. )

  我们的文化是强调超越的文化。团队的建设和引领,是跟随企业一起发展的,也是企业团队的文化。这是一个变革的时代,终身学习已经得到广泛共识。面对急剧变化的政治、经济、文化环境,努力进取才能获得超越。学习不仅仅指书本知识的学习,还指观念、意识、思维、习惯的正视和转变。一个不懂得捏碎自己,重塑自我的人注定是难以追求真理、服务人类的人。
  (The corporate culture stresses the bettering. It is the time of innovation, and the life-long study has been a consensus.   团队必须要具备凝聚力、协作力、战斗力、免疫力四个方面,才是团队建设好的表现。龙润集团在实践中通过团队免疫力的影响来改善员工的行为,修正员工的行为,弱化和消退影响企业发展的东西。
  (A team must have cohesive force, coordination, competitiveness, and immunity, which well manifest the benign development of the team. The Longrun Group improves its staff by the influence of the team’s immunity in the practice, helps the staff follow the right path, weakens and gets away the barriers hindering the development of the enterprise. )
